I liked well priced and reasonably large room in this hotel.

The staff provided a warm welcome and personalized service. The laundry facilities were convenient for quick turns on the road.

The ease of access was offset by the lack of recent updates in the room decor.

We booked ahead for a handicap accessible King room. The pictures are doctored to make the room look larger am more accessible than reality. The shower handheld is broken and does not conform to the requirement of the ADA. The shower chair is too low for an ADA requirement. The toilet only has one grab bar and no side transfer access which is required by the ADA. The sink is outside the bathroom behind the entry door to the room. The sink is not roll under for wheelchair access as required by the ADA. The hairdryer and towels and wash cloths are all outside of our reach sitting in wheelchairs. The maneuvering room in this room is nonexistent. It's very tight and single file. The front desk does not have a lower stand or clipboard. I had to sign documents in the breakfast area. The front desk attend charged us an animal fee for service animal upon check-in. We explained he's a service animal and is exempt from pet fees. We were charged anyways. We were also told the only handicap room is a pet free room when we first checked in. We had to reiterate the dog is a service animal and not a pet and that we need the handicap accessible room that we booked. The handicap parking is on a slope and there is a protruding curb cut into the access lane. All of which violates the ADA. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

It was a comfortable and incredibly friendly hotel, no complaints whatsoever, recommend. Good sized room, bed was exceptionally comfortable plus there was a particularly good bathroom. Fresh bread, cereals and yogurt at the lobby were GREAT and awesome.

It was just a fine choice for a couple of nights in Luverne with fantastic value for money. The restaurant attached to the hotel had amazing food, a pleasant surprise. Just be prepared for a basic breakfast setup during your stay.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Service

Our family enjoyed a three-night stay. The queen room was spacious, and we appreciated its pet-friendly policy. We had a minor issue with the trash can but received helpful advice from the manager at checkout. For breakfast, try arriving early for the best selection.

Plus, being just a short walk from Rotary Park and Luverne City Park made my city strolls good.
